Principium means fundamental principle in Latin. Our winery always considered crucial the blending of Villány’s most decisive red wine varieties ever since our beginning. This was the first wine to be bottled and distributed in the Hungarian gastronomy by Ede Tiffán back in 1991. It is a selection from our various vineyards. This wine expresses the true “Villány DNA”. It is fruity, meaty, warm, velvety, with earthy flavours and spiciness.
